Workmanship is excellent. Finish is quality. Bottom pillow seems to be filled with styrofoam beads if that's information that's important to you. The product was thoughtfully protected in plastic wrap, with additional protection/insulation in the package. The vendor obviously wants you to receive this product in pristine condition. Be aware though, this product ships from Latvia. It took almost three weeks to get to the central U.S. This is _not_ the vendor's fault, and _not_ something which is under their control. "Blame" that on US Customs. So if you need this for a gift, make sure to plan ahead. I would definitely recommend this product and this vendor. Would definitely buy from them again.
